After worship children are lead in  the four main breathing exercises in, "Active Calming,"  created by Dr. Becky Bailey of Concious Discipline, followed by a Bible lesson from the nationally acclaimed Kidmo curriculum's Little K Preschool Program. Our lessons focus on basic biblical principles such as loving your neighbor, loving God, talking to God and so much more. Each month students memorize a new scripture including body actions.
